Guest House

The two small rooms with independent entries are joined in a Guess House. In this option, both rooms are rented with the kitchen and living.

There are 3 rooms with private bathrooms, with single or married beds.
Double Base, the largest room admits 4 people maximum.

Comments: the bathrooms and kitchen are shared with all guests. Each room has their own entries from gardens and shared areas.

ECOGAY Villa location

Ecogay Villa is located at 20 minutes from Mar del Plata city, by the 11 road towards Miramar city.
In Km 546 you turn to the forest leaving back the sea, and in 1200 meters you find the Club House in Highland Park

Ecology

The forest is very complex, mixing aborigin trees with exotic, which create a space for growing wild flora and support different kind of birds, and small pampa´s animals.
We grow argentine species and frutal trees, and we are adapting our buildings to “permaculture” advertisments to save energy and minimize impact in biosphere.
As it possible, we produce organic food or buy it in little family farms near the Villa.
We separate trash in 5 different classes in order to be recycled or storage to avoid contamination. Only the rubbish we can not reprocess is carried to municipal deposit. Batteries are in storage waiting Greenpeace recommendations.
The next houses will be made in ecologic materials and with the lowest environment alteration, and keeping new sanitary systems to avoid pollution.
